Title: Keeping In Balance
Artist's Statement: On a cursory glance, the complexity of colours are successful in hiding the subject of this work. Let your focus linger, and the outline of a young woman's figure, in a state of dance, reveals itself. Her head inclines forward between her outstretched arms. In the upper right hand corner, some viewers see the young face others see the elderly one. The dance of life, the fleeting unawareness of youth and life's ultimate passage into senior moments were the visions intended.
